What we collect

Email list: your email address, where you signed up, and the trip or destination you picked.

Bookings: your name, name as on passport, phone, email, emergency contact, dietary needs, and room preference.

Documents you upload: a passport photo page and proof of travel insurance.

Contact form: your name, email, and message.

Poll: your vote and a random ID stored in your browser so you vote once. No name is attached.

Why we collect it

To book flights, rooms, and transfers in your name, to contact you about your trip, and to email you about new trips if you joined the list.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Who can see it

Only Abi and Stephanie can see bookings, uploads, and messages. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are not public links.

We share traveler names and passport details with airlines and hotels only as needed to book your trip. We never sell your information.

Cookies

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember your poll vote. The Facebook feed on our home page loads only after you choose to show it, and Facebook may then set its own cookies.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Passport and insurance uploads are deleted within 90 days after your trip ends. You can leave the email list at any time from any email we send.

Your choices

Email unscheduled_travel@proton.me to see, correct, or delete your information. We reply within 30 days.
